Where is my order?
Once you have received notice that your package has shipped, rest assured that your package is in transit. Please understand that we may experience delays in tracking updates, however carrier details will be updated once your package arrive at your local postal office.
What is considered "final sale"?
All bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, and lingerie are considered FINAL SALE. All SALE items are FINAL SALE. All ACCESSORIES are FINAL SALE.
What should I do if the item I received is defective?
If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the order. Submit an image of the defective item to [email protected].
Will I be charged taxes?
Yes, taxes are charged according to the shipping address of your order.
What methods of payment are available?

We offer the convenience of numerous payment options for your online order. These options include major credits cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.

Returns & exchange policy

Please understand that we are a small business with smaller collections and limited quantities for many items. It is for this reason, Elice’s Closet does not offer item exchanges. We make a concerted effort to include as much information in the size guide as possible to assist during your purchase process.

Elice’s Closet will accept returns of defective merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and in its original form by mail within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. We will credit your returns, accompanied by proof of purchase, for the price paid either in the original form of payment or as a merchandise exchange, if the item is available. Final sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. Please note that all intimate items, including undergarments, bodysuits, etc, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All items on sale or purchased with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the order. Submit an image of the defective item to [email protected]. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. A return shipping label will be provided upon request. If approved, your return will be returned to the original form of payment. It takes 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed and posted.

Order Status and Tracking
We offer $7.00 flat shipping rate. All standard mailing orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation notice. You will receive a second confirmation notice when your order has shipped.
