This navy dress is the cutest, I wore it to my BFF’s BBQ last weekend, and I’ve never felt more adorable. The thing is, this dress has so many details. When you throw it on, your outfit already feels complete.
The neck has a slit down center front and cording at the neck which you can tie in a bow. The sleeves (the best part IMO) are pleated and ruffled, so when you move, the sleeves move. The skirt has gathered layers, and the hem finishes with a feminine ruffle.
The waist is elasticized, which means you can slip into this dress, and in seconds you’re looking fabulous, flirty, and oh-so unstoppable.
