Elice’s Closet will accept returns of defective merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and in its original form by mail within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. We will credit your returns, accompanied by proof of purchase, for the price paid either in the original form of payment or as a merchandise exchange, if the item is available. Final sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. Please note that all intimate items, including undergarments, bodysuits, etc, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All items on sale or purchased with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the order. Submit an image of the defective item to [email protected]. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. A return shipping label will be provided upon request. If approved, your return will be returned to the original form of payment. It takes 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed and posted.

All content included as part of the website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the website, is the property of Elice’s Closet or has been licensed to Elice’s Closet. All content is protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.
